Stonehaven is a picturesque coastal town located 15 miles south of Aberdeen and has much to offer to visitors.
The harbour front is a short walk away from your accommodation and offers a choice of pubs that serve lunch and evening meals. The town also has a fine selection of very good restaurants, cafes and shops. Boat trips are also available from the harbour.

Stonehaven is often referred to as the Gateway to Deeside. 'Royal Deeside' has beautiful scenery and is of great historical interest. The area follows the River Dee into the Grampian Mountains, and is home to Balmoral Castle.
